This Charter Bus Brokerage and Service Arrangement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date accepted by the client (“Effective Date”), by and between:
Charter My Bus LLC, a limited liability company, with a principal business address of 20561 NE 32nd Ct, Sammamish, WA 98074, United States,
and the Client identified in the booking confirmation (“Client”).
Charter My Bus operates solely as a transportation broker and does not own, operate, dispatch, or control motor vehicles or drivers.
All services are performed by independent third-party motor carriers who are fully responsible for operations, safety, and compliance.
Reservations must be confirmed in writing. Pricing includes carrier costs and brokerage fees.
Failure to appear, incorrect pickup details, or breach of agreement will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
Client authorizes Charter My Bus to charge all payments including deposits, balances, and additional charges.
Charter My Bus does not guarantee vehicle type, amenities, or timing. Motor carriers control all operations.
Charter My Bus is not liable for delays, breakdowns, accidents, or service failures.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid or $5,000.
Client agrees to indemnify Charter My Bus against claims arising from misuse, passenger actions, or violations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
